About Education
MHN Academy's Ministry of National Education-approved Artificial Nail Training is a comprehensive vocational training program that combines theory and practice, designed for participants who want to embark on a professional career in nail design or improve their existing skills.
Our academy in Kadıköy, Istanbul, offers training aimed at helping you gain knowledge and skills in various areas of professional nail application, from nail anatomy and preparation procedures to gel and acrylic prosthetic nail applications, tips and stencil techniques, permanent nail polish, nail shaping, care, and nail art designs.
In our classes, limited to a maximum of 8 students, you'll have the opportunity to reinforce the techniques you've learned through practical applications on real models, under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Professional devices, equipment, and application materials used in the training sessions are provided by our institution.

Prior experience in artificial nail application is not required to begin the training. Registration and participation requirements for the Ministry of National Education-approved program are assessed during the application process.

Module 1 – Introduction to the Profession, Hygiene and Occupational Safety
The fundamental principles of prosthetic nail expertise include a professional work environment, personal hygiene, equipment cleaning and disinfection, occupational health and safety, and professional ethical rules.
Module 2 – Nail Anatomy and Professional Manicure
Natural nail structure, nail types, suitability assessment for the procedure, nail surface preparation, cuticle care, dry manicure techniques, and the use of professional care equipment.
Module 3 – Artificial Nail Materials and Equipment
The properties of gel and acrylic systems, professional brushes and files, the use of electric files, UV/LED devices, primers, bases, structuring products, and other materials used during application.
Module 4 – Gel Nail Extension Applications
Natural nail preparation, nail strengthening and extension with gel systems, product placement, creating the correct architecture, apex, surface leveling, and professional finishing techniques.
Module 5 – Nail Extension with Tips and Templates
Tip selection and application, stencil placement, nail extension techniques, length and shape creation, preparing square, oval, almond and other popular nail shapes.
Module 6 – Acrylic Nail Techniques
Introduction to acrylic systems, characteristics of the products used, proper product control, application principles, nail shaping, and safety rules to be observed when working with acrylic systems.
Module 7 – Permanent Nail Polish and Nail Art Designs
Principles of gel nail polish application, color selection, French and baby boomer techniques, ombre transitions, basic design work, decorative embellishments, rhinestone and foil applications.
Module 8 – Filling, Maintenance and Artificial Nail Removal
The maintenance process for artificial nails includes regular nail care, filling in growing nails, evaluating breaks and deformities, product replacement, and safe removal methods that protect the natural nail.
Module 9 – Customer Communication and Professional Development
Customer reception, expectation and needs analysis, application planning, service quality, professional salon work processes, portfolio building, and career development in artificial nail expertise.
At MHN Academy's Artificial Nail Training, we prioritize learning by doing. Theoretical knowledge is reinforced through practical applications conducted by our experienced instructors.
In our classes with a maximum of 8 students , our instructors gain active experience in gel nail extensions, nail extensions, shaping, permanent nail polish, and nail art applications. Our instructors closely monitor the application process and provide individual feedback to help students develop their technical skills.
As part of our live model support program , we offer students the opportunity to work on real models organized by our institution. Students can develop their professional skills by working with different nail structures and application needs.
Professional nail equipment, gel and acrylic products, files, brushes, and other application materials used in training sessions are provided by MHN Academy.
All procedures are performed in accordance with hygiene and safety rules, under the supervision of an instructor. Protecting natural nail health and ensuring the correct use of products are among the fundamental priorities of our training process.

MHN Academy Artificial Nail Training is a vocational training program approved by the Ministry of National Education (MEB).
Participants who fulfill the program's continuation and success requirements and pass the necessary assessments and exams are entitled to receive a Ministry of National Education-approved Course Completion Certificate in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Artificial nail training aims to provide participants who aspire to careers in beauty salons, professional nail care centers, nail art studios, and the personal care industry with professional knowledge and practical skills.
