About Education
MHN Academy's MEB-approved Eyelash Extension Training is a comprehensive vocational program combining theory and practice for participants pursuing a career in lash services or improving existing skills.
At our academy in Kadıköy, Istanbul, you learn the core practices of the profession: natural lash analysis, eye-shape-based design, classic extensions, 2D, 3D and 5D volume methods, professional placement, aftercare and removal.
During the course, you learn to select suitable styles for different eye shapes; choose the right length, thickness and curl for natural lashes; and perform professional isolation and application techniques. Hygiene, product safety, allergy risk assessment and client communication are also key components.
In classes of no more than eight, you can reinforce your skills under the guidance of experienced instructors and through practice on real models. We provide professional lash materials, tweezers, adhesives and other application equipment.
MHN Academy aims to prepare students for the industry with more than technical knowledge: we emphasize aesthetic judgment, hands-on experience, hygiene awareness and professional service. We also provide guidance on career planning and internship opportunities throughout training.

Previous eyelash extension experience is not required to begin this course.
The Ministry of National Education (MEB) Eyelash Extension Technician Training Program is intended for individuals who have entered their 19th year of age and completed at least primary school or elementary education. Registration and eligibility requirements are assessed during the application process.
Throughout MHN Academy Eyelash Extension Training, you will learn the theoretical foundations of professional lash applications while developing technical skills and aesthetic judgment through hands-on practice.

Module 1 – Introduction to the Profession, Hygiene and Occupational Safety
Fundamentals of working as an eyelash extension technician; a professional work environment; personal hygiene; equipment cleaning; disinfection; disposable supplies; preventing cross-contamination; occupational health and safety; and professional ethics.
Module 2 – Natural Lash Anatomy and Eye Analysis
Natural lash structure and growth cycle; eye shapes; assessment of lash density and thickness; selecting styles appropriate for different eyes; and recognizing contraindications to treatment.
Module 3 – Professional Lash Materials and Equipment
Types of lash extensions; lengths, thicknesses and curls; professional tweezers; under-eye pads; cleansers; adhesives; removal solutions; application equipment; and principles of safe use.
Module 4 – Lash Design and Pre-Application Preparation
Designing a lash style appropriate for the eye shape; planning length and density; lash mapping; cleansing natural lashes; protecting lower lashes; professional isolation; and preparing the client before treatment.
Module 5 – Classic 1:1 Eyelash Extension Applications
Core principles of individual extensions; separating natural lashes; choosing suitable extensions; controlling adhesive; applying lashes individually; correct direction and symmetry; and creating a natural-looking design.
Module 6 – Volume Lash and Full-Lash Application Techniques
Principles of volume lash applications; preparing professional lash fans; 2D, 3D and 5D volume techniques; determining suitable density for natural lashes; symmetrical placement; and professional finishing methods.
Module 7 – Lash Aftercare and Safe Removal
Aftercare for extensions; professional care products; lash cleansing; protecting natural lashes; assessing existing extensions; using suitable removers; and safe removal techniques.
Module 8 – Application Safety and Client Assessment
Identifying client needs; examining the eye area; evaluating allergy risks and suitability; product safety; pre-treatment information; aftercare recommendations; and situations where treatment should be stopped.
Module 9 – Client Communication and Professional Development
Welcoming clients; lash design consultations; planning services; keeping treatment records; professional work practices; hygiene and quality standards; professional ethics; and career development as a lash technician.
At MHN Academy, our Eyelash Extension Training is based on learning by doing. Theory is reinforced through practical exercises supervised by our experienced instructors.
In classes of no more than eight students, participants gain hands-on experience with classic 1:1 extensions, 2D, 3D and 5D volume methods, professional isolation, lash mapping and placement.
Our instructors closely monitor each exercise and provide individual feedback on tweezer handling, lash separation, symmetrical placement and aesthetic design.
Appropriate practice materials are used during training to develop essential manual skills.
Through our live-model support, students can work with real models arranged by the academy, gaining experience with different eye shapes, natural lash types and design needs.
MHN Academy supplies the professional lash extensions, tweezers, adhesives, under-eye pads, cleansers and other application equipment used in training.
All procedures take place under instructor supervision and in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. Protecting eye health, minimizing damage to natural lashes and applying products correctly are fundamental priorities.

MHN Academy Eyelash Extension Training is a vocational education program approved by Türkiye's Ministry of National Education (MEB).
Participants who meet attendance and achievement requirements and pass the required theory and practical examinations become eligible for an MEB-approved Course Completion Certificate, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The program aims to provide the professional knowledge and practical skills needed for careers in beauty salons, lash studios, makeup centers and the wider personal care industry.
Skills acquired in classic and volume lash applications provide a strong vocational foundation for participants wishing to develop a career as professional lash technicians.
