About Education

MHN Academy's MEB-approved Professional Massage Training is a comprehensive vocational program combining theory and practice for those starting a career in massage and wellness or improving existing skills.

At our academy in Kadıköy, Istanbul, the program covers basic anatomy and muscular systems, professional massage methods, classical Swedish massage, regional and sports massage, and appropriate pressure, rhythm and application techniques.

You will learn key massage manipulations—effleurage, petrissage, friction, percussion, vibration and pressure—while improving your understanding of suitable techniques for different body structures, hygiene, workplace safety and professional client communication.

In classes of up to eight students, real-model practice under experienced instructors helps reinforce skills. We provide professional massage tables, equipment, oils and materials.

  • At MHN Academy, Professional Massage Training is founded on learning by doing. Theory is reinforced by practical work supervised by experienced instructors.

In classes of no more than eight students, participants gain hands-on experience in classical Swedish massage, regional massage, basic massage manipulations and sports massage techniques.

Our instructors closely supervise practice and provide individual feedback on hand positioning, movement direction, pressure control, rhythm and ergonomic techniques.

Through live-model support, participants practice on real models arranged by the academy, developing their skills with different body types and muscle groups.

MHN Academy supplies professional massage tables, massage oils, accessories, hygiene products and other materials used in training.

All applications follow hygiene, privacy and occupational safety rules under instructor supervision. Before treatment, clients' health and suitability are assessed; where risks are identified, treatment is not performed or the client is referred to a relevant healthcare professional.

Our goal is not only to teach massage techniques but also to equip students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to apply them safely and professionally in a controlled environment.

  • MHN Academy Professional Massage Training is a vocational education program approved by Türkiye's Ministry of National Education (MEB).

Participants who meet attendance and achievement requirements and pass the required theoretical and practical exams may qualify for an MEB-approved Course Completion Certificate under relevant regulations.

The training develops vocational knowledge and practical skills for careers in spas, wellness centers, hotel spa and personal care departments, massage salons and related service businesses.
