About Education
MHN Academy's MEB-approved Beauty Specialist Training is a comprehensive vocational program combining theory and practice for those seeking a professional beauty career or improving existing skills.
At our academy in Kadıköy, Istanbul, the program develops knowledge and skills in skin analysis, professional skin care, beauty devices, epilation and depilation, body treatments, basic makeup techniques and hygiene practices.
With no more than eight students per class, you can reinforce your learning through real-model practice under experienced instructors. All devices and materials used in training are provided by the academy.
MHN Academy aims to prepare students for the industry with hands-on experience and professional discipline alongside vocational knowledge. We support development through career planning and internship guidance throughout the course.

Previous beauty industry experience is not required. Registration and eligibility for the MEB-approved program are assessed during the application process.
Throughout MHN Academy Beauty Specialist Training, you will learn the theoretical foundations of professional beauty treatments and develop vocational skills through hands-on practice.
During the course, you will learn:
How to understand skin structure and analyze skin types
How to create skin care protocols tailored to different needs
Professional skin cleansing and care techniques
Correct use of cosmetics and skin care devices
Basic face and body care treatments
Fundamental principles of epilation and depilation methods
Basic makeup applications
Hygiene, disinfection and occupational safety rules
Client communication and professional ethics
Pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care
You will have opportunities to practice these skills under instructor supervision.
Module 1 – Introduction to the Profession, Hygiene and Occupational Safety
Fundamentals of working in the beauty industry; professional salon organization; personal hygiene; disinfection; equipment cleaning; and safe working conditions.
Module 2 – Skin Knowledge and Skin Analysis
Skin structure and functions; different skin types and their characteristics; evaluating client needs; and choosing suitable care methods.
Module 3 – Professional Skin Care
Skin cleansing; using care products; stages of professional treatments; introduction to skin care devices; and practical care techniques.
Module 4 – Body Care
Fundamentals of body care; cosmetic products and equipment; and professional application methods.
Module 5 – Epilation and Depilation
Methods of hair removal; pre-treatment assessment; device and equipment knowledge; treatment safety; and follow-up care.
Module 6 – Basic Makeup Techniques
Facial anatomy; selecting products for different skin types; complexion makeup; basic eye and lip makeup; and fundamentals of professional makeup application.
Module 7 – Client Communication and Career Development
Greeting clients; assessing needs; treatment planning; professional ethics; service quality; and career development in the beauty industry.
At MHN Academy, learning by doing is central to our Beauty Specialist Training. Theory is reinforced through demonstrations by experienced instructors and practice on real models.
With no more than eight students per class, everyone can participate actively. This allows our instructors to closely monitor practice and provide personalized feedback.
We offer live-model support for skin care and other professional applications. The academy supplies the tools, devices and materials used in training.
All activities take place under instructor supervision following hygiene and safety standards. Our goal is not only to teach techniques but also to prepare students for professional working environments.
MHN Academy Beauty Specialist Training is a vocational education program approved by Türkiye's Ministry of National Education (MEB).
Participants who fulfill attendance and achievement requirements and pass the required assessments and examinations may be eligible for an MEB-approved Course Completion Certificate under relevant regulations.
The program aims to provide professional knowledge and practical skills for careers in beauty salons, skin care centers and personal care services.
MHN Academy offers guidance on professional development, internship opportunities and career planning during training.
Requirements concerning certification, professional authorization and business opening are governed by applicable legislation.
